مدة الشحن
تُجهّز وتُشحن جميع الطلبات خلال ٧ إلى ١٥ يوم عمل إلى جميع الدول.
في حال حدوث أي تأخير طارئ نتيجة زيادة الطلبات أو ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة، تقوم LIU بالتواصل مباشرة مع العميلة لتزويدها بالتحديثات الدقيقة حول حالة الطلب وجدول التسليم الجديد، مع الحرص على ضمان استلامها للطلب في أسرع وقت ممكن.
رسوم الشحن
تُحسب رسوم الشحن تلقائيًا عند إتمام عملية الطلب، وتختلف بحسب وزن الشحنة والدولة المستلمة.
جميع الأسعار شاملة للضرائب والجمارك الخاصة بكل دولة، ولا تُضاف أي رسوم إضافية عند الاستلام.

في حال حدوث تلف أو تأخير أو فقدان للشحنة نتيجة خطأ من شركة الشحن، تتحمل LIU كامل المسؤولية عن معالجة الحالة ومتابعتها حتى حلّها بشكل يضمن رضا العميلة التام، سواء من خلال إعادة الإرسال أو التعويض المناسب.
